How Do Dermal Fillers Work?

As we age, the natural volume of youthful skin begins to diminish, causing fine lines and wrinkles to form. These injectable gels help to instantly restore your skin’s volume and smooth away wrinkles, and folds, such as the creases that run from your nose to the corners of your mouth. Fillers are also a great option to contour cheekbones and jawline, and combat dark circles or bags under eyes. 

What Fillers Does Dr V Beauty Offer? 

We’ve curated a world-class group of fillers for your aesthetic treatments including JUVÉDERM®, Restylane®, and Revanesse® Versa. All are FDA-Approved to restore facial volumes over time. We also use KYBELLA® for its fat-burning properties in targeted areas. 

What is JUVÉDERM®?

This collection of injectible gel fillers is for deep injection in the cheek area to correct age-related volume loss and for augmentation of the chin and jawline.

What is Restylane®? 

Restylane® is used to smooth away facial wrinkles and folds, smooth lines around the mouth, and add lift and volume to the cheeks. NASHA® technology is used to give each product in the Restylane® line a unique particle size – fine, medium or large—for a more targeted solution. 

What is Revanasse® Versa?

This hyaluronic acid dermal filler can be used to treat moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, including nasolabial folds.

What is Sculptra® Aesthetic?

This is used to subtly and gradually activate the skin’s natural regenerative process and help replenish lost collagen—one of the key components to a fuller, more natural, and healthy look. Because Sculptra activates collagen creation, its resulted are slower-appearing, but also longer-lasting (up to 2 years in some cases) than hyaluronic acid fillers.  

What is KYBELLA®?

While not technically a filler, this fat burner is used for the treatment area under the chin, and destroys fat cells and produces gradual results. It can improve the appearance and profile of submental fat below the chin, also called “double chin”.
